This week we focused on value propositions needed for our companies. To do this I started thinking about what my enterprise idea offers to my customers and how this values them. The key values I decided are most important for my company are:
· Cost reduction
· Newness
· Convenience
· Performance
We also explored some areas of the business model canvas where we went over key activities and customer segments. I decided my customer segment is a ‘multi-sided market’ as my enterprise will be serving two or more individual customer segments, e.g. the charity will need donators to raise the money.
